Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We have answers! If you don't see what you’re looking for below, our team is available 24/7 at (570) 550-6301.

Are you really open 24/7?
Yes! We offer 24-hour gate access, 7 days a week. You can access your belongings whenever it fits your schedule. Additionally, our phone support line is open 24/7 if you ever need assistance.

Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you are responsible for providing your own lock to secure your specific unit. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock for maximum security.

What is the difference between Climate Control and Standard Drive-Up units?
  • Drive-Up Access: These units are like a garage. You can drive your vehicle right up to the door for easy loading and unloading. They are perfect for cars, tools, yard equipment, and durable household items.
  • Climate Controlled: These units are indoors and kept at a consistent temperature range year-round. This protects sensitive items (like wood furniture, electronics, photos, and antiques) from the extreme Pennsylvania heat and cold.

How do I pay my bill?
We make paying easy! You can pay your bill online through our secure customer portal using a credit card, debit card, or ACH. You can also pay by phone at any time.

Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We offer month-to-month leases. We know plans change, so we don’t lock you into long-term commitments.

Do you offer Auto-Pay?
Yes, and we highly recommend it! You can set up Auto-Pay in your online account so your rent is automatically deducted each month. You’ll never have to worry about a late fee or missing a payment.

Is a security deposit required?
Please check our online booking flow for current move-in costs. Generally, our goal is to keep move-in costs low and transparent.

Is the facility secure?
Security is our top priority. Our facility is monitored by digital video surveillance 24 hours a day. We also have bright lighting and a secure gate system to ensure only tenants have access to the property.

What items am I NOT allowed to store?
For the safety of all our tenants, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammable or combustible liquids (gasoline, paint thinner), explosives, food/perishables (which attract pests), or illegal items. Living in a storage unit is also strictly prohibited.

Do I need storage insurance?
Yes. You are responsible for the items you store. Most homeowners or renters insurance policies will cover items in storage, but you should check with your agent. If not, we can recommend affordable tenant protection plans during the rental process.

How do I move out?
We require a short notice before you vacate—please check your lease agreement for the specific timeframe (usually 10 days). When you are ready to leave, simply remove your lock, sweep out your unit, and let us know you have vacated via the online portal or by phone.
